SRCDS Custom Maps ((How to get them to load on an L4D2 Server?))

Hey All.

I've got a server up and running, and from what I can tell .vpk is in the addonslist.txt

And the addon support looks to be installed..

But when I'm connect to the server, and try to change maps to one of the custom ones it says its not available, by the console.

And It's not showing up in the vote map change.. The addon campaign list is grayed out.

Do I need to set the game specifically to coop?

Will I need to install some kind of custom addon to get them working properly?

Or should I just go the other route and extract the VPK file which will probably take forever for me to upload unless there is some linux program that can do it?
