Port Changing from 27017 to 27016

I am having a serious issue with my Source DS.

I have set hostport to 27017, which is the port I want clients to be able to connect to. For some reason, on occassion, it will switch to 27016. (27015 is unavailiable due to a CS 1.6 server.)

I really need this thing to pick one and stick with it.

Is there an easy fix?

You should just be able to put -port 27016 to the startup.
