Trying to make a server [NEED HELP]

When i try to write
c:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate

At the ''Run'', it doesnt work.. it says ''Cannot find c:\srcds\srcds.exe''
What's wrong?

Have you used hldsupdatetool to get the game files?

Where is the server installed?
