hlxce not getting data from server on port 27016

I have 2 servers on the same ip, I got the server on port 27015 to work with hlxce correctly yesterday and today I set up another server on port 27016.
After putting the smx file I compiled yesterday and add the new server (27016) on hlxce web admin, of course I have log on and logaddress_add in server.cfg, hlxce webpage can not connect to the server on 27016.
Is this a bug(hlxce doesn't support multiple servers on same ip) or I missed something for the second server?

I have running hlxcs with multiple servers on a single IP for long, that cannot be the problem. did you check what hlx:ce writes into its log file? do the log messages arrive at the perl backend? if yes, what does it say why they are rejected? if not, double check that the logaddress is set correctly (try logaddress_list on the running server).

I see a lot of bad data and (ignored), so I restarted hlstats.pl and now it start working. What caused bad data and ignored?

If I start hlxce while game is in process, does it take a while for hlxce to pull out all the player information? I can see only 2 players while there are actually 4, but later I see 3 and finally 4.....

you need to restart the agent every time you make changes to the setup

yes, that's correct. the players have to show up for some reason in the logs, i.e. because they kill s.o. or they die.
