Still have problems updating Windows Server

OK, I still cannot update my server, I will follow the readme and show screenshots etc so hopefully I can sort this.

BASIC INFO
Server OS: Microsoft Windows 7 64bit
Processor: AMD X2 6400 Black Edition 3.4ghz
Ram: 4GB OCZ Ram unsure of type
Game: Counter-Strike:Source
Start Up Command: set runcmd=D:\srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -maxplayers 13 +fps_max 600 -port 27035 +map ka_soccer_2006_v3fix2 -tickrate 66 -sv_lan 0

Admin Mods: Sourcemod, MetaMod, Mattie's Eventscripts.

INSTALLING INFO
Full Install Command: hldsupdatetool -command update -game "Counter-Strike Source" -dir D:\srcds

OK so this is what my srcds folder looks like:


This is what happens if I clicked on hldsupdate.exe from the folder, ran it in CMD so you can see what it's doing:


Let's try a line:

Nothing

Try another one:


Boom look at that, starts installing CS:S into a new DIR (called the folder valve inside my srcds dir).

Including stuff like orangebox in the command line doesn't help. It seems the updater cannot find my game! I'm really sick of this three times I have had to completely restart my server because of updates

Someone make my day and help me would very much appreciate it!

Your install line in the screen shot doesn't match the one provided up top.

Use this one.
