SRCDS (CSS) Not adding to masterlist!

Heya guys, i have a stable-running CSS server home, but here it how it works.

It's online, i've port-forwarded these:

UDP 1200 - 1200 1200 - 1200 - -

UDP 27000 - 27015 27000 - 27015 - -

TCP 27020 - 27039 27020 - 27039 - -

TCP 27040 - 27041 27040 - 27041 - -

UDP 27015 - 27015 27015 - 27015 - -

UDP 27020 - 27020 27020 - 27020 - -

TCP 27015 - 27015 27015 - 27015 - -

My friends can see and join, no problems joining or whatsoever, add it to the server and all but the thing is here

All other servers SRCDs, at the end it says ''Added master server; (IP and thier PORTS) things, but mine isn't, it's just for me at the end it says

''Connection to steam server succeful''
''Vac MODE secure on'' or something like that, no ''Adding server to masterlist''

My I.P is 217.210.4.166:27015 Try to look in Favorites, you can add and join, but u can't find it in ''Internet''

C:\Srcds\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike -maxplayers 30 +fps_max 600 -port 27015 +map ba_jail_electric_razor_v6 -tickrate 100 +ip 192.168.1.65 (This is the SRCDS command thing)

And in my config i have
IP 217.210.4.166 and hostport 27015

Get rid any ip command in the startup and config file. I also see you are running a jail break server; one of my favorite mods
