Server is lagging with sv_nostats 1

How to fix it.. Look at Thread subject
 Small lag spikes every 5 second, for all players.. When sv_nostats is 0, everything is good How to fix the lag?

disabling sv_stats stops the process from doing an expensive read() on /proc/pid/self/stat so it shouldn't be lagging, unless there's a race condition .

simonax: I'm not sure why that's happening, might be stalling in some wacky codepath with it being enabled. I thought you meant sv_stats though. shrug.

Monk if you are interested in helping others please notice that BE wrote an an important information. In that case please do not write such useless posts that do not help.
sv_stats = Collect CPU usage stats sv_nostats = Disable collecting statistics and awarding achievements. If you are not interested in helping others and only care about your private fight. Why the hell are you even writing here?
