OS: Knoppix 6.2 (installed. not live cd)
Processor: Pentium III M 1.13GHz, 1 core,
Ram: 1/2 GB (512MB)
Game: Counter Strike: Source
Start Up Command: ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map fy_Iceworld -maxplayers 8 -autoupdate
Admin Mods: none

also, I made my server.cfg on the cstikre-planet.com auto maker utility.
