I set sv_disablefreezecam to 1 and this is confirmed from console. Server still does the freeze cam (SO ANNOYING). Tried it set to 0, just in case, but still the freeze cam is still on.

Any one else seeing this?

If this is CSS, it's probably because it's a bug that they haven't yet worked out yet.
If you are planning on running a server on the computer you play on...
