MDUMP Debugging

Hello,

Would someone be able to tell me why my server is crashing? I dont have the needed programs to open these files.

Well this is what I'm trying to decode. Why its crashing. I have SourceMod, MetaMod:Source, SourceOP, DAF, Player Limit Remover (PLR).
Hint: My crashes only occur on Windows. I put the server on Linux and it doesnt crash for that Sv_PackEnity error.
