You're getting that error because something is already running on that port.

Well who ever that will answer later, will need the 3x Command lines for your servers. So if you could provide them, it might go quicker.

IIRC you are running a root server and the one who used to manage left your clan, right? So, you are using "your" ip, i.e. the one of your root server. This also means that you (unintentionally) will have some server running with the same port number on the box. maybe you have simply a forgotten server running in the background (e.g. inside a screen).

try this to list all running servers:
Code:
ps fauxww | grep srcds
(and post the result here if you don't know how to read it)
You can kill processes using the kill command and the PID listed in the second column (e.g. "kill 12345" will kill the process having 12345 in the second column of ps faux).

i did like 100 different command line.. but it never works because i believe those port are running but not on list... so i need to know how to stop those port and put server back on

the ps fauxww command does not kill any process on its own. it only lists them. you need to kill them by hand.

alternatively you can kill all running servers by typing "killall srcds_i686" (supposing you have the i686er binary running)
