sourcetv creates problems for many people... sorry I didn't see that you had it on. else I would have told you to try without ;-)

yeah. common problem. either run without srctv or have some instabilities. if you tune the srctv server you might reduce the effect slightly. try running a relay server only (i.e. a 1 slot tv server) plus an external tv server for the spectators to connect. also reduce the snapshot rate to 20 or so (I don't remember the command...)

Will permanently remove srctv. We can do ingame recording instead... only used it for demo recording serverside

those kind of demos aren't useful to convict cheaters anyway...

The box im running are stable. The fps is stable. And we have had aprox 1000 new players in a week. The only issue i have at the moment. Is that if i enables sourcebans, it will crash my server.
I have tried to investigate the error, recompiled the plugin. But it seems that my mysql extension is not loading. And when that happens the server dies if i enables the plugin.
any suggestions?

You need to tell us more about your system. Which Mod/Game are you running and which server side tools also the versions.
I guess you are using MMS and SM. But we need more informations before we can give a proper answer.
