Can someone post a working command line for CSS Beta Server? I cant get it to start but the files downloaded just fine.
Also, can anyone confirm that a CSS Beta server is visible on HLSW?

It's visible.
./srcds_run -game cssbeta +map de_dust2 -console -tickrate 100

That game type doesn't work. It should be cstrike_beta. My server is now up and running using the below working command line:
c:\gameinstalls\cssbeta\orangebox\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike_beta +map de_dust2 -maxplayers 24 -tickrate 66 -autoupdate

For windows, I had to use:
srcds -console -game cstrike_beta +map de_dust2 -tickrate 100
