Hi! I've only used the Sendwave mobile app to send money a few times, but I've had a good experience with both the app and its excellent customer support. Money is sent almost instantly and it is easy for me to control my transactions. Once I had a small problem with the fact that the recipient could not use the money that I sent, but I contacted sendwave customer service and they helped to sort out the situation within two minutes and explained why this happened.
