My Computer is a Dell Dimension 4600, i ordered back in 2003. The processor spec was taken off dells site.

Bandwidth: Upload Speed is 23.63 Mb/s
Download Speed is 25.29 Mb/s
Sometimes my server will choke around 1-10 and i was wondering how i could set my rates to make my server perform at its best ability. I greatly appreciate all help!
