[SOLVED] Bind one key only 1 time!!!!

I want bind one key one only time!

How Can I do it?

I have tested:

I use one file CFG named "bindonetime.cfg"
I call the server with "EXEC bindonetime"

The content of the my file "bindonetime.cfg" is:
bind "F9" "sv_cheats 1;give health;sv_cheats 0;unbind "F9" "

But It ins't working , the users can press the key F9 more of one time and they obtain health every time...
I want what the users of my server can press the key F9 only 1 time

i think instead of using "unbind "F9" " you could use "bind "F9" "none" "
