As loopyman said, reinstall the server. But you could try to take a backup of your current server, and install a new one and see if it works

You're abviously not.

And you guys aren't reading. I gave him everything he needed, except for the screenshot of the error, which wasn't possible at the time. Even so, he did not need one, since the error is the exact same one as I placed here in plain text. Making a screenshot of it doesn't make any difference.

However, I think I'm experiencing some difficulties with my server right now.. I'm at school, and can't find my server via Steam

What is the external IP of your server, and what is the external IP of your school? It might have something to do with your IP-range

As for the Validation Errors they are generally caused by an out of date client or server, however your server may appear to be up to date, you may have a corrupted binary somewhere... But honestly the best solution for this problem with my experience is a reinstall...

NOTE: You don't have to delete your mods and addons, just move them to a separate folder and then drag back when the reinstall / re download is complete. The simple file structure method of SRCDS allows this so reinstall or content downloads can be easy.

I know that you don't want to reinstall, I understand that it may be difficult or a pain but sometimes its the easiest quickest method. The majority of my Google results from this issue are best solved with a reinstall.

Well if you are running 33 tick, a maxrate of 10000 is fine, if 66 tickrate, a maxrate 20000 is fine, if 100 tickrate, a maxrate 30000 or more is fine
