Just do a uname -r to find which is the one that you are currently using. That probably is the one you want to keep.
If you are actually having issues with your current kernel (custom or not), just use aptitude to find the latest available, then use that one and remove the others.
Since you are just doing troubleshooting, you might not want to delete them.
Just move them to another partition, in case you want to re-use those files later on.
