Help installing CS:S Server

Server OS: Windows Server 2008 32Bit
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2500+
Ram: 1.5 GB
Game(s): CS:Source dedicated Server with HLSTool

Hi i get this error Message when i try to start the Update tool:

Updating Installation
Cannot open output file 'R:\Server/InstallRecord.blob'

i tryed everything now Googled 2 hours but nothing helped =(

try deleteing the unstallrecorde.blob and take the puse out of the script and you wil have to make the folder server on the r drive before it wil work
