Consider changing it to 27000-27040 UDP & TCP. That should work Smile

Also make sure your server firewall is disabled, or allows srcds through as an exception.

Also make sure you specify an IP in your command line, and make sure the server has a static IP, else you won't be able to forward those inbound ports through NAT correctly.

IF you still need help, I can probably help you set your things up through team viewer, or at least take a look at it.

I have done that all..
seems like it worked not to ssure..

-command line - C:\srcds\srcds.exe -console -game cstrike +map surf_Greatriver_fix -maxplayers 16 -autoupdate -port 27040 -ip 192.168.1.2

that works fine, but when i change my ip to, 60.XXX.XX.139
it says " Couldn't allocate dedicated server UDP port..

am i doing the port right?

Kill the last rule since it overlaps with the 3rd rule.

Problem as already been resolved.
He didn't have a static IP set to his computer, and wasn't port forwarding to the correct LAN IP.
