FPS-Meter

Sad
I am sorry, I have to announce you, that the FPS meter is currently down. Unfortunately my root server went down this morning and doesn't respond even to resets and rescue requests... My provider has been informed, but this time it has a slow reaction :-(

Please bee a little bit patient, I am sure it will get online soon.

Btw: This also affects all our CS:S public servers and web pages. Our CS 1.6 servers are still online (different root server).

that would change what? that I would not be able to call my provider personally if it's not back online after 24h again Toungue

in fact, only the network connection was broken. maybe the cleaning staff plugged out the cable :-D I dunno. I asked my provider to change the cable, I think I had the problem before. Maybe it's broken...

sorry, my provider had some short timed network trouble yesterday, the whole data center seemed without network for some minutes twice...

just kidding. I don't think the benefits would justify the effort...

ui....

but even if I had an US server, it could be kind of tricky to keep the data base in sync between the US and the European server... and then, how should I pay a second server... the donations only cover the expences for the current one because I own the hardware...

in any case first I have to find a performance problem in the data base code. mysql eats almost one of the cores of my Q9550... if I can reduce it, maybe some cheap virtual server will do the trick. I am already working on it...
