Howto do More than 1 serveur

i just install srcds but i want to run 3 server of 24 slots on my dedicaced.
How can i do for run this 3 servers with 3 config ?
3 Motd
3 server.cfg
3 maplist
ect

use a different command line for each
+exec server1.cfg, server2.cfg etc

as for the maplist and motd i dont think can be changed without copying a new installation of source 3 times
