Map won't install/show

I'm trying to get de_tuscan map to work on my server, I have uploaded it correctly and specified it in maplist.txt but it doesn't show and when I try and change to this map using RCON server will crash!

did you install the right one? i know about some changes from the esl league. normally you dont need to put it in the maplist.txt its only for the automatic mapchange of the server after a roundtime of 20 min e.g.

Well I hope that's the problem

Different is 4.2MB and the Source one is 15.5MB.
