Any Free File Hosters for sv_downloadurl?

I searched everywhere, signed up on like 20 different sites, but I didn't get what I wanted! The Maximum Filesize was everywhere way too low, I need at least 60 MB Filesize!

So I'm asking, does anyone know a good Filehoster with:

-FTP access
-Working for sv_downloadurl
-bz2 Files allowed
-At least 60 MB allowed filesize
-At lest 500 MB space
-decent downloadspeed

I would be very happy if someone could help me.

Oh, and it's for Custommaps for TF2 btw.

In a week I will be done with my free host service(at home), you can sign up there. You've unlimited space and it is FREE.

I will only gather informations due to my statistical purposes. (traffic amount for each user and then do a statement).

Ultradude, I'm you're friend, I have plenty of web servers / game servers / file servers why didn't you ask me for this lol. I can give you a free website with unlimited bandwidth on a 10mbps unmetered if you like. As long as you're only using it for a clan website / game server fast downloads I'm fine with it.
