Server Problem I cant Figure out.

Ive searched google, yahoo, steamforums, sourcemods forums, everywhere. I even checked here and nothin so i am finally saying forget it and posting it up for people to see and hope to god help me out with it.

I get the following errors:
(SERVER) LoadItems on Account XXXXXXXXX returned FAILCODE of 3 (k_EItemRequestResultTimeout).

This error makes it so that nobody on my server under any circumstances, can't use the new weapons such as huntsman, FAN, cloak and dagger, and all that.

^That one OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!

Please Help for the love of god. I am this close to Yelling and killing something.

Here are the facts from the readme that i know for a fact:
Operating system: Linux
Game: Team Fortress 2.

Could you put more detail?
eg; your target line, any addons? your server.cfg?

Does your server have an actual system error, where it makes you terminate your server? Or is it in your Server.
When you go to your character info and setup does it does that you cannot connect to the Steam Servers?

Are you connected to the Steam master servers? I know every once in a while I cannot switch weapons in game, but the game still works and nobody notices anything wrong, other than the inability to switch your loadout.

That is exactly what is right according to me, as it is somewhere becomes little problematic for switching to loadout.
