Crashes (segfaults on vphysics_i486.so and server_i486.so)

I have a segfault every 8-10 hours on my private dedicated hosted box. The only thing running on it is srcds with the latest mani admin tool.

I've searched the forums for a few days looking for related problems (and solutions) but couldn't find any. Maybe I'm just an idiot though...

The Box Specs:
2 x Intel Xeon 5130 DDC
4GB RAM
Fedora 8:
(Tried two kernels 2.6.31-rt10 and 2.6.26.8-57.fc8)

Versions:
GCC: gcc version 4.1.2 20070925 (Red Hat 4.1.2-33)
glibc: glibc-2.7-2

The last two crash traces are attached.

Any ideas?? Thanks!
