Chrt script doesnt work via crontab, only manual
#1
So i got that chrt script from the fragaholics kernel tutorial, but it only works when i run it manually, and not via crontab.

Restart the cron service after i set it up to run every 5 minutes, but the game servers remain at normal prio until i manually execute the script

The distro is Centos 5.2 x64

I don't know how either, are you manually editing the crontab in /etc? or using the crontab command

ah, if you run the resched.sh script as root, you can omit actually all "sudo"s, like it is written in the howto for some time now. previously there was a version with sudo before each chrt command, maybe you are still using that?
