Cracked steam players join a srcds server?

Hey,
My friends are being cheapass asians, and they don't want to buy counter-strike: source, so they got "Garena" and just downloaded it, to play through garena. I was wondering if there was a way that they could connect to my CS:S SRCDS Dedicated Server, or if I could make a Garena CS:S Dedicated Server.
