Cannot connect to gmod dedi server

okay, so I've been working on this seerver for a while now, and ive done everything (updated,forwarded ports, etc.) and I ran my server, others can join, buy i cant, can someone help, when i join, it does the whole loading screen, then it gets to "Sending client info" it disconnects me and says "Disconnected: Buffer overflow in Net Message" and i don't have any idea why I wouldn't be able to join my server, any help at all?

Restart client and rejoin, happens sometimes to me
