tf2 arena uneven teams! always

Right when my friend hosted using the ingame menu thing using create server, we can play 3v3 or 2v2 with someone waiting as spec but now with my dedicated server, it never puts them in spectator! The teams are always uneven and ive tried searching and even the plugins too it dont work!
So its always 2v3 or 1v2 and its just annoying. It never auto balances us even though i have set it to.

So this is my last hope.

In the latest update, they added a new convar to switch between two different types of Arena, the new one and the old queue system. To switch back to the old system, set tf_arena_use_queue to 1

sorry whts the new one? its seeems stupid tht the teams are unfair

The new version, (the one with uneven teams) is tf_arena_use_queue 0.

The original one is tf_arena_use_queue 1.
