Any way to see and type other language/special characters in srcds console?

I occasionally run a temporary TF2 server and many Asian people join it. They use their respective languages for their nicknames and in chat.
But I cannot see any of them as I run my server in console mode and the console gives me mere crap when displaying non-alphabet characters.
So I'm in trouble when the players complain about some problem while I'm testing new contents, when I have to kick someone using such characters in their nicknames(I can't see the nicknames properly so I cannot determine who is the problematic one), or when I want to say something in those languages(Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc).
It could be solved by using GUI mode or actually join the server to see them, but I want to try console by solving the problem.
I searched the forum for some time, however couldn't find anything due to lack of my searching skill. I'd really appreciate any helpful advice.

I know this isn't the answer you want, but there isn't special character accessibility in SRCDS. However when banning or kicking, you can use their SteamID. You just use the command kickid or banid

Yeah, I had to use kickid cuz many players even don't use any alphabets on their nicknames. But if there're two or more players who uses such nicknames in my server, I don't have any clue who is who - all of them are displayed like !^@#%$@# when I type status on console - unless I join the server via TF2 and type status in the game console.
