Crash then ppl is typeing ingame, and \par wired stuff

It is for Counter Strike Source.

Then i start up my srcds dedicated server, it runs very well, but then someone is typeing anything in the chat it crash, i dont know what to do,

why is it typeing \par after every thing?

couldn't exec mani_server.cfg \par
couldn't exec ./mani_admin_plugin/defaults.cfg \par
Can't use keys or values with a \
Dropped XXX from server (Kicked by Console : Your ping is too high \par)

(from configure)
Time limit 25\par
Win rounds 0\par
and so on...

You probabbly have a mod on your hlds instance. If There is none try re-installing hlds.
