Deleteing ssh2 deamon from ssh

Hi,

I dont know whats rong whit my server. When i type apt-get install something og apt-get update or just use apt-get i get the error at last:

I cant tjekt it agin because some how my ssh deamon is deleted is that possible to do via ssh2? And to fix dpkg i run ubnutu.

And when i try apt-get install vsftpd it says something about exim4.

then this happens.
