Well I can't say it's perfect, but I can say its pretty damn close.

Had some people test it on HLDS with the same results. And no, I didn't mess with sleep so in-game actions are normal.

Word... thanks man. It's been a lot of hard work and research. I am here to ask questions, but I think I'm gonna try and keep this to myself until I get it completely perfect. This one still has drops every now and then.

let me guess what you have done:

you have rewritten gettimeofday() in a way that it returns always a multiple of 1ms (maybe indirectly). well, I have said more than once, modifying gettimeofday only changes the measured FPS number, but not the timing itself. srcds and hlds both use usleep() for the frame timing. you need to modify that...
