Windows Server 2003 + counter-strike server help please

Hi,

I have a dedicated server hosted in a datacenter in london the spec is:

Quad Core Xeon 2.6Ghz
4GB DDR2 Ram
500GB SATA-II

I have currently only running one 12man counter-strike source server runnning at 100tic 500fps now the problem is if i leave the server up and running for over 10 hours it starts to lag and feels all jerky and rough! but as soon as you restart the server it's all smooth and fine again! leave it come back 24 hours later and same again!

I was thinking maybe it's a memory leak? has anyone else had this?

* please note there is nothing else running on the server apart from fpsbooster

That's weird, are you sure you're not running some scheduled defragmentation or so?
