Do you have any addons installed?

those messages are normal, you can ignore them.

you did not specify the game directory, add e.g. -game cstrike to the command line, if you want to run a counter strike server.
don't run with an & to put the server into background. instead, start a screen session and run the server inside. you can disconnect then with ctrl+a d and reconnect later with screen -R.
and most important: don't run the server as root. use some other user. also for maintaining the server use that other user.
