Try to assign an IP in your startup line.
(Must be your LANIP)

As your hoster, if they can get it for you.
Or look in the SRCDS console. It's in there.

If you are using windows, open up a command line and type in: ipconfig /all
In linux use: ifconfig Again, this information is to help us all. It helps us better figure out your problem. We can spend more time fixing your problem then trying to figure out trivial information.
