Sourcemod Plugins help =X

Why aren't my plugins working?
I dropped my rtv plugin in the plugin folder that isn't disabled and when I type rtv and stuff it doesn't work D:

How come?

P.S. If I haven't said this enough... I'm a source mod newb =D

How do I load sourcemod with meta mod?

I use the ini in metamod right?

Which dll do I use for CSS? =X

If you download the newest version, there should be a .vdf file to load it.

Otherwise use this in your metaplugins.ini:

addons/sourcemod/bin/sourcemod_mm

That will both load for Windows and Linux.

Looks like you need a plugin called "mapchooser".
