TF2 Server tags in hostname

This is really annoying me atm but, the tags generated by changing certain cvars in server.cfg (crits off, cp maps, damagespread off etc) are showing up in the name of the server in the server browser list. I dont know how to get rid of them. help kind ppl

ps I have set the cvar sv_tags 0 and it doesnt do anything
