[Tutorial] - SRCDS Changing the welcome screen text (TF2)

Just a quick tutorial ....

1. Browse to your SRCDS directory
2. Search for a file called motd.txt
3. Edit this file (HTML Tags & Images work)
4. Save your changes
5. Boot your server
6. Admire your new welcome note.
