Source 99% Cpu

My server has a dual xeon 3.06 ghz and load 99% cpu on one server. Allsow The fps whit 1 player is 230. I compiled my kernel to fracoholics.de but why is my server behaveing like this? Allsow sometimes the latensy on the server is around 10 and sometimes aorund 200

did you use the chrt? try without it...
