DMZ? ;/ sorry noob question.
EDIT: Actually i saw DMZ in the firewall section of the router homepage and then i turned it on.

You have 27015 forwarded twice.
Remove rule 5. Rule 3 already opens up port 27015. Forwarding a port twice will normally confuse the router and it will simply drop the connections on the port.

Give us a new screen shot of your port forwarding.
Make sure any firewall or virus scanner is disabled.
