When I start my dedicated server and join from tf2, everything is fine. But whenever I quit/disconnect and join again, all my weapons will me reverted to the old weapons and I won't be able to choose the unlocks again. This is happening to a few people, but not everyone?

I think re-starting steam or the game should fix this issue.
This seems to be a common problem during updates...

Does the server say "couldn't establish connection to steam"?
