So i can connect and the server runs. Although noone else can connect i have opened the correct ports and ported firewall as well i got my actual ip adress wich is 70.100.234.... the server sets up on 192.168.1.2:27015 i tried everything i can think of anything would be helpful i have a netgear router

Make sure sv_lan is 0. This makes it an internet server as opposed to a lan server.
