Server won't run 1000FPS on Windows 2K3

Hi all. I got a big problem. Im going to sell some 1000FPS servers, but the problem is that it won't run anything above 512FPS! Thats really annoying, and how do i fix this? I have checked, my processor is Xeon QC and Chipset is from Intel..

Is it ONLY 32Bit/Home Prem, or can it be 32bit/Ultimate?

I can get 999.99FPS

But when I use rcon stats it tells me 1000.0FPS

U can get a 1000 on any of the vistas/server 2008/linux

I wouldn't dream of running a server on Vista any way

You can get 1000 FPS in Windows 2003, its is just dumb and unstable and will disable all cores but one if you have dual or quad core.
Best tip I can give: Ubuntu Server 8.10, runs 1000 FPS .

If you want a GUI, Ubuntu Home 8.10 runs 1000fps

Windows 2008 and HPET enabled in the bios.

change to Ubuntu I believe it runs 1000FPS out of the box.

It does, so does windows server 2008 on new motherboards that is because hpet is enabled automatically.
