You did the downloads.txt file wrong. Just copy and paste what i did into your file, right now it sees the first part of downloads the one with the // but doesnt see the secont part because you made 2 sections for the same thing, and got the brackets wrong

why not just rename your mp3 to join mp3 and put it in your server dir ?
that would work
btw i installed quake sounds my server start nois works but im getting no quakesounds n the plugins enabled

If you are still having problems, and are sure the sound files are in the correct directories, there is something else to try. Here is what worked when I had this same problem. Using a sounds editor such as Wavepad (free D/L) convert the sampling rate to 44100 and save it. Put the new file into the actions folder in place of the old one.
