server laggs after the last css updates [updated]

hi, im new to the forum and well i registred because i hope i can get some help.

i was running 2x20 players CS:S servers on a 2xXeon 1200 MHz with 2 GB Ram ( Proliant rack server )

some updates away the server starts lagging like hell when there are 7+ players on the server, i mean its like the players get stuck, they are "vibrating" forward and well today we change the OS from FreeBSD 5.2/3 to Debian Sarge and the problem does still resides.

anyone that have or have had this problem and fixed it?

btw im running latests mani admin plugin, and well, this time ( jus ttested before the post ) just one server with 25 players and if i even fill it up with bots it get laggy.

if i type "rcon stats" it gives me 10 fps :/

after some testing i can play with 10 players @ dust2 geting a server FPS @ 10, 30, 50 ~

fixed it the gcc wasnt installed by some strange reason.
