source 2007 dedicated server linux master server problem

I have a server with the old cspromod made by the book with port forwarding and everything but which does not appear in the internet list of servers. I made two quick srcds 2007 server on my Windows 10 with Steam tools and steamcmd standalone and works perfectly.
I want to mention that a year ago I did not have this problem on linux server.
my question is: is it an error at srcds_run or srcds_i486?
Server operating system: Ubuntu server 20.04.2 on Dell Poweredge r210 II
the errors appear like this: could not establishing connection to the Steam servers,insecure disconnected to the Steam3 and if i put setmaster enable and master servers it gave me the error unable to load Steam library.I have installed on server srcds required library libstdc++6 and lib32stdc++6 [lib32gcc1 also]
start line ----./srcds_run -game cspromod +ip local[with dns associated] -port 27015 [i've tried 27016 ,27020,27030]+map csp_dust2 +maxplayers 32 -secure
if i try to connect with dns it works and appears on hlsw without problems but again, it does not appear on the internet server list.
I also have a cs 1.6 server and work very good.
Any suggestions? Thank You.
