I make mods for css server, so I am constantly reinstalling/installing on a new test server. Downlaoding sucks, so would it work to download it once and then make a CD from it. Then every time i need to install, ide just copy the files, then update? Would that work?

yup, just install it somewhere and copy the whole SRCDS folder to a CD/DVD (depends if you want to compress it, full download is ~1gb)
You can copy it and it's all fine. It doesn't have a "install record" in the register like other programs have.

Or if you wanted to you could just have a separate folder on your hard drive for fresh installations.
This is handy for when updates come out because you can rollback your server if need be. It's saved my ass once already.
