CS-go Dedicated server. Friends cant connect

Hi! Im trying to setup a dedicated server
When writiing SV_lan into the server i get sv_lan = 0 but that server is still a lan server.
I've checked port forwarding and online programs confirm that the ports being used by the server are open. I've shutdown all my firewalls.
I suspect it has something to with my external ip and internal
Which ip should i get as public ip adress?

I use this Srcds command
C:\ServerCS\srcds.exe -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 0 +game_mode 0 +mapgroup mg_bomb +map de_dust2
i've created a steam_appid.txt document with 730 written into it.
server CFG file looks like this:
hostname "Arvids håla"
rcon_password "***"
sv_password "*******"
sv_lan 0

Try to designate a port, add in this to your SRCDS command.

-port 27016

And of course, to verify you are telling people the right IP, go here and use this IP
